The calculator asks 11 questions grouped into four areas: your company profile and operational complexity, your current lead flow and customer value, how much manual work and tool sprawl your team is carrying, and how urgent the problem is for you right now. Each answer feeds a fixed scoring model — the same inputs always produce the same output. Nothing about the result is randomized or adjusted after the fact.
The output is a recommended tier (Base, Plus, Premium, or Ultra), shown with its real monthly price and 90-day minimum term, plus a directional estimate of recovered hours and software cost savings — always as a range, never a single number presented as a guarantee.
Where it deliberately holds back
- If your top two tier scores land close together, the calculator says so and shows both instead of forcing a single answer.
- If your answers suggest you're not ready for an ongoing engagement yet, it recommends a one-time diagnostic instead of pushing a retainer that wouldn't fit.

What if my situation is too early-stage for a retainer?
The calculator checks for that too — if your scores and profile suggest you're not ready for an ongoing engagement yet, it recommends a one-time diagnostic instead of pushing a retainer that wouldn't fit. If you book that diagnostic and sign on within 30 days, the fee is credited toward your first month.
What happens after I get my results?
You can share your contact details to get your specific results sent to you and start a conversation with the team — that step is optional; you can see your results without it. Nothing is shared beyond what you submit.
